In France, the tooth fairy is actually a little mouse, La Petite Souris, that sneaks in at night when the child is asleep and removes the lost baby tooth from underneath the pillow and replaces it with a coin.  So the clever people at Doudou et Compagnie have designed this enchanting soft mouse with its little tooth-sized bag. She is wearing sparkly tutu and has a big gold nose.
